1968 Camaro - coming together!

One of the first things you should put on your parts list - for any good restoration - is a body seal kit. this generally includes door surround rubbers, door glass seals, trunk seals and all the gaskets for things like the door handles, key holes, mirror bases and the like.

The door opening seals really finish off the door openings and will ensure the glass seals well to the body (once everything is properly aligned!)

The dash is ending up a nice combination between old and new. With original shapes and trim, but new electronic gauges (GPS speedo), AC with added vents and a kicker stereo, the driving expereince is brought into the 21st Century.

Still to be fitted is the O2 sensor kit which will help in tuing the Demon carb.

The boot is factory fresh - but better.
With sound deadening and fresh carpet, its also 21st Century fresh.

Electronics for the temperature-sensitive fan where moved over in order to fit the new WS washer bottle...

Stay tunned over the next while as I get the interior and carpet installation completed, then install a complete G-force suspension kit to wrap it up!                                                                                               1
