WE HAVE PAINT!
After so many hours of prep, we had the paint professionally matched at our paint supplier, to a piece from under the hood, and got the inners ready for color. A few of us are are differing opinions on the hue - and if it actually matches what we see online - but it certainly matches the piece we gave the paint supply house to match.
Then.... the outers!

Then, after checking that it all looked good and that the paint wouldn't have to try and cover any pinholes, blotches, scratches, etc., we shot the paint:
